Turkish actor Kıvanç Tatlıtuğ, who has recently begun starring in the hit TV series “Kuzey Güney,” has been named a goodwill ambassador of the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF).Tatlıtuğ was declared a “Turkey Goodwill Ambassador” by UNICEF yesterday at a press conference at Istanbul’s SALT Galata.
The famous actor, who has become very popular in Middle Eastern and Arab countries in recent years thanks to Turkish TV series aired in the region, will participate in various projects to draw attention to children’s problems and help create a fund for children’s needs like health and education.
