Carmen Opera on AKM stage

ISTANBUL

As part of the Beyoğlu Cultural Road Festival, French composer Georges Bizet’s Carmen Opera will be staged by the Istanbul State Opera and Ballet at the Atatürk Cultural Center - Türk Telekom Opera Hall on Oct. 1. One of the most staged operas in the world, the opera is based on the short novel of the same name by Prosper Mérimée.
