Winter special Italian cuisine cooking course in Istanbul
During the hands-on course, Italian Executive Chef Giovanni Terracciano will teach participants how to make delicious winter specialties including pumpkin ravioli with radicchio, parmesan cheese sauce and walnut, veal “saltimbocca” escalope with bresaola, sage and winter vegetables and chestnut and chocolate soufflé with vanilla sauce and Mövenpick raspberry & strawberry sorbet.
He will also share some practical tips on Italian cuisine.

Meanwhile, Italian Chamber of Commerce has organized a lunch in Istanbul within the scope of the third Week of Italian Cuisine.
Italian chef Giovanni Terracciano presented dishes most liked by legendary film director Federico Fellini, fashion designer Giorgio Armani and composer Gioachino Antonio Rossini; “zuppa inglese”, “spaghetti alla Bisanzio" and “filetto alla Rossini” respectively.
"The Week of Italian Cuisine takes place in 105 countries between Nov. 19-25. The aim of this event, coordinated by the Italian Foreign Ministry and carried out by the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Turkey, is to publicize the Italian cuisine and culture in Turkey," said Livio Manzini, head of the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Turkey.
Gabriele Ingrosso, Consul of Italy, also attended the event at the Italian Culture Institute in Istanbul.
