Turkish Culture and Tourism Minister Ertuğrul Günay has arrived in Tunisia, where he is set to participate in an international tourism conference.

Günay was scheduled to deliver a keynote speech at the Sixth International Conference on Destination Management yesterday.

On April 15 the minister attended a reception hosted in his honor by his Tunisian counterpart Elyes Fakhfakh. Arriving at the reception, Günay was welcomed by Tunisian young people carrying torches. He listened to songs sung by children and watched a show of traditional folk dance. Günay’s wife Gülten Günay and daughter Pınar Günay also attended the reception.
