Colombian art show comes to capital

Cermodern in Ankara is hosting Columbian artist Gabriel Sierra’s solo exhibition as part of the “Irregular Hexagon: Colombian art in residence” project.

Cermodern in Ankara is hosting Columbian artist Gabriel Sierra’s solo exhibition as part of the “Irregular Hexagon: Colombian art in residence” project. Sponsored by the Embassy of Colombia, the project consists of six separate solo exhibitions by Colombian artists. In Irregular Hexagon, Sierra presents a series of pieces made from wood and fabric which deal with how space is reconfigured and are available as models for the viewer to play with. The show runs through Sept. 16.
