Having recently released his latest album, Turkophony, Buzuki Orhan will give a concert Jan. 5 at Mask Live Music Club in Istanbul. The renowned bouzouki player’s stage performance will be accompanied by a brass band; this particular project is titled “Balkan Project.”

The repertoire includes covers of Balkan and Greek songs, as well as a selection from the artist’s own discography. The concert starts at 10 p.m. and tickets are available for 23 Turkish Liras at www.biletix.com.
