The International Culinary and Hospitality Academy is hosting a workshop on Italian cuisine with Italian Chef Luigi on June 23. The workshop starts at 2 pm and tickets are available at Biletix booths. The workshop menu includes zucchini and prawn tagliatelle, sea food risotto and swordfish with caponata.
