Treasury and Finance Minister Mehmet Şimşek and Central Bank Governor Fatih Karahan will meet investors in London this week, the Treasury officials and bankers told Reuters on March 30.
The bankers said Şimşek and Karahan would stress Turkish policy continuity, its disinflation path and the strengths of the economy.
Şimşek held investor meetings in London, New York and Hong Kong in January.
In an interview in February, Şimşek highlighted strong investor interest in Türkiye, pointing to meetings with 800 investors in London, New York and Hong Kong
“I have never seen such intense interest before,” Şimşek said.
Türkiye’s Central Bank will announce its rate decision on April 22.
