A Boeing 737-800 flying from Turkey to London has made an emergency landing following a loss of cabin pressure.

Pegasus Airlines flight PC5121 had taken off at 7.00 a.m. local time on May 18 (0400 GMT) from Milas-Bodrum Airport.

It was flying in Greek airspace when a loss of cabin pressure forced it to return and land at Adnan Menderes Airport in İzmir, western Turkey, police sources said.

No injuries were reported.

Forty-nine passengers later continued their journey to London on another Pegasus Airlines flight.
