Istanbul Hospitality and Culinary Academy (USLA) is hosting a workshop on easy home cooking this evening. The workshop starts at 7 p.m. and tickets are available at Biletix booths for 130 Turkish Liras. The workshop menu includes stuffed chard with bulgur, celery roots with marinated lamb and chestnut pumpkin dessert; all simple yet impressive recipes for beginners to home cooking. USLA is on Avni Dilligil Street No. 12 in the Mecidiyeköy neighborhood.
