Boğaziçi Jazz Choir at Istanbul CKM

ISTANBUL

The choir is made up by approximately 40 virtuoso musicians.

Conducted by Masis Aram Gözbek, Boğaziçi Jazz Choir will be performing at Istanbul’s Caddebostan Culture Center (CKM) tonight at 8:30 p.m.

The choir, now even more popular by having won two “World Championships” from the World Choir Games, has performed countless times in Turkey, particularly, as well as the U.S., Germany, Austria, China, France, Italy and Hungary and won many awards.

Made up of approximately 40 members, the choir has a repertoire consisting of a wide variety of contemporary music, jazz and even polyphonic arrangements of folk songs.
