Online Interactive Performance

Today at 4 p.m. GTM three performance artists, Victoria Moralee, Emma Dixon and Max Dovey, will conduct an online interactive performance in Istanbul (Victoria), London (Emma), and Rotterdam (Max) via live video streaming.

While the online audience is invited to instruct the performers via the performance’s website, the live audience sets the cultural and social climate for each artist’s individual response to those instructions. The performance will be simultaneously live streamed and recorded, and there will be a time lapse creating a space between the physical and virtual imagery, questioning the accuracy of documentation with regard to a secondary audience.
