Natacha Atlas performs at Ghetto

Internationally-acclaimed singer Natacha Atlas will take the stage at Ghetto tonight. Releasing her eighth solo album last year, she has recorded with the likes of pianist Zoe Rahman, a 20-piece Turkish ensemble and a chamber orchestra integrating western and Arabic styles. Her latest record, “Mounqaliba,” builds on the acoustic, orchestral sound of 2007’s acclaimed “Ana Hina” with a set of original new songs.
