Turkish, Kyrgyz presidents talk over phone

The presidents of Turkey and Kyrgyzstan held a phone conversation, according to a statement by the Turkish Communications Directorate on Feb. 11.
President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan and his Kyrgyz counterpart Sooronbay Jeenbekov discussed bilateral relations and regional issues, the statement said.
