Many investors, especially from outside Turkey, withdrew their bids, according to the company.

Anel Elektrik, which has a 20 percent stake in Anel Telekomunikasyon, decided to stop the IPO after receiving bids for just 3.7 million shares on the first day, the company said yesterday.
