Turkish PM talks to Putin on crises in Syria, Egypt

Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdoğan had a phone conversation with Russian President Vladimir Putin Aug.5.

Erdoğan stressed the necessity for the UN Security Council to take concrete steps on Syria, Anadolu agency reported. He also underlined the significance of Egypt’s return to democracy immediately with the participation of all parties, said the agency.

The two also discussed bilateral relations between Turkey and Russia.
