Sculpture of killed puppy erected in Istanbul neighborhood

ISTANBUL

A 6.5-meter sculpture of a puppy killed in June in the northwestern province of Sakarya after all its legs and tail were cut off has been erected in Istanbul’s Kilyos beach as part of the 5th Kilyos Sand Art Festival. The horrible murder of the dog had caused public outrage in the country.
