School bus accident kills 3

Three primary school students lost their lives and 17 were wounded when a service bus carrying them to school in the northwestern province of Balıkesir rolled off of a 150 meter high cliff a.m. yesterday.Nazmiye Karaca, 14, Hakan Çet, 10, and Redife Sapan, 8, lost their lives in the incident, while gendarmerie units subsequently detained the driver of the bus, A.İ, who survived the accident. The students onboard the bus had come from neighboring villages.
