MFÖ on Jolly Joker stage
As one of the oldest and most important bands in Turkish pop music history, MFÖ will perform at Jolly Joker this evening. Mazhar Alanson and Fuat Güner met in 1966, later releasing an album called “Türküz Türkü Çağırırız” in 1971. That year, with the addition of Özkan Uğur, their career of 40 years and counting began. In the mid-1970’s they broadcasted the first Turkish music video with the song “Heyecanlı çok Heyecanlıyım” as İpucu 5.
