Bancroft invests in local ceramic and granite firm

Graniser Granit Seramik, a leading ceramics and granite producer, has signed a partnership deal with London-based Bancroft Private Equity, mostly known for investments in the Middle East and Europe, according to a company press release.

The deal inked last week was brokered by Daruma Corporate Finance. Bancroft is set to own a controlling share in Graniser.

“Our target is to be one of the top three producers in Europe in five years with our new partner and well-experienced team,” said Erol Hacıoğlu, the general manager of Graniser.
