Soldier in naval forces commits suicide in eastern Turkey

A
specialist sergeant committed suicide by shooting himself at a Naval Forces
barracks in the southern province of Hatay yesterday, daily Milliyet has
reported.
İlker
Bilgin, 35, shot himself in the head with his own gun, allegedly due to the
depression he has been suffering from.
He was immediately taken to
hospital, but could not be saved.
An
investigation has been launched into the incident.
