President Erdoğan meets intel chief Hakan Fidan

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan met with National Intelligence Agency (MİT) chief Hakan Fidan in the Presidential Palace in Ankara on July 22.The first official meeting between the two since the failed July 15 military coup attempt started at around 5:55 p.m., according to reports.
Fidan requested the meeting from Erdoğan, which the latter accepted, private broadcaster CNN Türk reported.
