Police seize at least 100 kg of heroin in east Turkey

Turkish police seized at least 100 kilograms of heroin in eastern Turkey on Dec. 30.
The governor's office in eastern province of Ağrı said that police stopped a suspicious van in Doğubeyazıt province of Ağrı after receiving a tip-off.
Police sources said that 102.8 kilograms of heroin was seized after a chase.
The driver of the van was arrested.
