Metrobus services halted after accident involving dump truck

A number of people were injured after a full dump truck cross a barrier and crashed into a metrobus in Istanbul’s Küçükçekmece district.Metrobus services were halted between Avcılar and Cevizlibağ after the accident, which occurred at 8:30 a.m.
As a result of the accident, thousands of commuters were forced to disembark from their buses and attempt to walk to work or find alternate modes of transportation.
There were no immediate reports on the number of injuries.
