The success of Kyrgyz democracy gives Turkey hope, Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdoğan said today after meeting with his Kyrgyz counterpart, Zhantoro Satybaldiev.The prime minister said the success of Kyrgyz democracy in the last decades gives Turkey hope toward the future, Erdoğan said, adding that a short period of time had passed since the Kyrgyz government was established in September 2012.
Satybaldiev said Turkey was a model for his country for the development of Kyrgyzstan’s national economy. Speaking at the Kyrgyz-Turkish Business Forum, Satybaldiev said, “We need to make use of Turkey’s experiences and listen to their advice. Kyrgyzstan is open to Turkish investors. Our expectations from the Business Forum are high. We are ready to cooperate with Turkey. We are ready to correct our mistakes in order to attract investments. This is crucial for us,” Satybaldiev said.
