The roof of the adobe house caved in as seven members of the Tekik family were inside in a village in Diyarbakır, a local source told Agence France Presse. The parents of the four children survived without any injuries, while an elder brother Kerem Tekin survived with heavy injuries and was hospitalized at Dicle University Hospital. The bodies of the four siblings Zilan, Edanur, Rozerin and Ayşe were taken to state hospitals for autopsies. The goods in the house were moved to a room in the lodging of the village school.
