Fire breaks out in Netherlands Consul General in Istanbul

A fire broke out today in the boiler room of the Netherlands Consul General in Istanbul. Firefighters arrived at the scene upon a call from the staff and brought the fire under control.

The staff went outside while it was extinguished.

Officials said the fire on the electric panel might have broken out because of overloading due to air conditioners.
