Eurozone inflation rose in May due to higher energy costs sparked by the war in the Middle East, official data showed Tuesday.
Consumer price rises accelerated to 3.2 percent last month, the EU's statistics agency Eurostat said, in line with forecasts by analysts for Bloomberg but lower than the 3.3 percent predicted by economists for FactSet.
