12 high school students hospitalized due to pepper gas

ISTANBUL

Twelve students in an high school in the Thracian province of Çorlu were hospitalized after being affected by pepper gas used by another student in the classroom, Anatolia news agency has reported.

The student reportedly used the pepper gas while joking around with his classmates.

The students were discharged from the hospital after receiving first aid.

Police questioned the students who brought the pepper gas to the school and launched an investigation into the matter
