Marmara signs cooperation accord with Chinese group

The Marmara Group Foundation signed a cooperation agreement with the China Association for International Friendly Contact (CAIFC) in Istanbul on April 8.The agreement was penned by the President of the Marmara Group Foundation Akkan Suver and Li Zhaoxing, the chairman of the group who is also the head of the foreign affairs committee of the Chinese National People’s Congress.
“The agreement aims to increase cooperation between the two countries in politics, economy, education and culture spheres,” said Li, the former foreign minister during the signing ceremony, adding that they will make joint efforts to enhance the interests of both countries.
