Babacan set to attend Bilderberg

Deputy Prime Minister Ali Babacan left for the U.S. on June 1 to attend the 60th Bilderberg Meeting between June 1 and 3.

The meeting will cover political, economic and social issues like transatlantic relations, the evolution of the political landscape in Europe and the U.S., austerity and growth in developed economies, cyber security, energy challenges, the future of democracy, Russia, China and the Middle East.

Turkish business leaders like Hürriyet newspaper Editor-in-Chief Enis Berberoğlu, Koç Holding Executive Board Director Mustafa Koç and Vodafone Turkey Head Serpil Timuray will also attend.
