Turkish, French FMs discuss Syria, bilateral relations

Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu on Sept. 30 met his French counterpart Jean-Yves Le Drian in Paris, a Turkish diplomatic source has said.
The two ministers discussed bilateral relations, regional issues and the current situation in Syria, said the source, who asked not to be named due to restrictions on speaking to the media.
The meeting lasted around an hour and a half, the source added.
On Oct. 1, Cavuşoglu is scheduled to attend the World Economic Forum’s official dinner in Geneva, Switzerland.
