Sunday Brunch at Aqua Restaurant will begin to color the fall and winter seasons Sept. 16. The Aqua Restaurant, with its splendid location at the Four Seasons Hotel Bosphorus, will offer a rich buffet prepared by Executive Chef Mehmet Gok and his team. Local dishes mix with Italian delights to provide the ideal menu for a Sunday morning from hors d’ouevres and home-made pasta to risotto and seafood. The French pastry chef will also conjure a surprise dessert plate. With the meal guests will be offered a glass of wine and after the meal, tea or coffee.
