Traditional roasted turkey for Christmas
The traditional turkey prepared by Italian executive chef Giovanni Terracciano is served with all the trimmings including oriental pilaf, chestnuts, potatoes, Brussels sprout, carrots, celery purée, gravy and cranberry sauce.
Customers can order roast turkey two days in advance from the hotel, which has a free-of-charge delivery service to the Istanbul areas of 4. Levent, Levent and Etiler.
On Dec. 24, the hotel has also prepared a brunch featuring traditional Christmas specialties accompanied by live piano music and colorful activities for children.
The Christmas Brunch, to be served at the AzzuR restaurant from 12 to 3 p.m., will feature Mediterranean cuisine, egg dishes, waffles, pancakes, homemade pastas, pizzas and desserts.
During the brunch children will be able to make Christmas cookies while enjoying a clown show and face painting activities.
