Woodkid prepares to meet Istanbul audience at Babylon

Director, photographer, musician, singer and songrwriter Yoann Lemoine, a.k.a.
Woodkid, will appear at Babylon on May 1 and 2 as part of the Garanti Caz Yeşili
concert series, which is celebrating its 15th anniversary this year. Woodkid is known for directing music videos for Moby’s “Mistake,” Katy Perry’s “Teenage Dream,” Taylor Swift’s “Back to December” and Mystery Jets’ “Dreaming of Another World,” and now for his own music project. The artist’s first EP, “Iron,” and its epic video, on which he collaborated with English model Agyness Deyn, has achieved remarkable success. Recently Woodkid announced the release of his debut album, “The Golden Age.” His Babylon concert will start at 9:30 p.m. and tickets are at available at www.biletix.com.
