S&P downgrades outlook for 6 banks

ISTANBUL
Standard and Poor’s (S&P) credit rating agency has downgraded the outlook of six banks operating in Turkey from positive to stable following its downgrade of the country’s outlook last week from positive to stable.

According to the announcement released by S&P, the outlook for Garanti Bank, Garanti Leasing, HSBC Bank, İş Bank, Vakıflar Bank and Yapı Kredi Bank have been downgraded from positive to stable.
