Ramadan feast with live fasıl music
Prepared by Executive Chef Giovanni Terracciano and his team, the iftar buffet featuring different specialties at AzzuR Restaurant includes classic Ramadan sherbet, a wealth of “iftar” appetizers, Ramadan pide bread, cold dishes in olive oil, regional soups, grills and kebabs, Turkish-style mantı ravioli and traditional delicacies, as well as Ramadan’s sweetest tastes like güllaç, stewed quince, fried dough with syrup, bread pudding and oven baked rice pudding.
For a refreshing finish to an outstanding meal, guests can enjoy the gourmet flavors of Mövenpick ice cream served at the iftar buffet.
