Kolektif Istanbul group to play at Babylon’s stage

Kolektif Istanbul is giving a live performance at club Babylon on Dec. 28. The concert starts at 9:30 p.m. and tickets are available at www.biletix.com. Right after their “Balkananatolia” and “Krivoto” albums, Kolektif Istanbul, continuing at the same high speed, is getting ready to meet their fans at Babylon for the new season. The band usually plays their “Nuevo Tango Turco” tunes plus their new and kitsch material from the wedding songs’ repertoire at their live performances. Completing the final preparations for the new album, and right after their highly acclaimed performance at Montreux Jazz Festival in July, Kolektif Istanbul returns home to Istanbul to Babylon. Constantly fed by East Anatolian culture, the melting pot between Anatolia and the Balkans, Kolektif Istanbul is promising once again a very colorful performance.
