BALLIKAYALAR - GEBZE
Ballıkayalar Natural Park, a 1.5 hour-drive away from Istanbul and having a wonderful pond, is a hidden heaven where you can enjoy camping and fishing. Located in the Gebze district of Kocaeli and crisscrossed with trekking paths, this park attracts the attention of Istanbulites, especially in autumn months.
NÜZHETİYE WATERFALL - GÖLCÜK
The waterfall in the village of Nüzhetiye in Gölcük district is waiting for you with all its beauty. The trekking trail, which is 4 kilometers long along the waterfall, is a marvelous place to visit. As a reminder, the waterfall is about 1.5 hours from Istanbul, and the day tours are crowded at weekends.
