Local media reported that the police in Bursa’s Osmangazi district raided an apartment owned by a suspected criminal organization on Nov. 15.
The three Syrian residents of the apartment, who are accused of robbing three other Syrians in the city, were detained in the raid.
Unable to find the long knife used in the reported robbery, the police conducted a more thorough search of the apartment.
It was finally discovered that the belt of one of the suspects was designed to hide a 63-centimeter-long knife.
Two of the detained suspects were later sent to the court for arrest.
