Artificial beach opens for summer season in Eskişehir
A 350-meter-long artificial beach has opened for summer season in the Central Anatolian province of Eskişehir, offering locals a great chance to cool off amid the hot weather.
The beach, built by the municipality 10 years ago on the banks of the Porsuk River as Turkey’s first artificial beach, will stay open until the end of September.
The beach manager told the Doğan News Agency both locals and visitors from nearby provinces were coming to enjoy the facility.
