Beyaz filo to begin trading

Beyaz Filo, a leading Turkish car rental company, is preparing to file for an initial public offering public (IPO), a first in the local car rental industry. The book building for the IPO will take place on March 22, 23 and 26, the company announced yesterday in a press release.

Galata Menkul Değerler, a local brokerage firm, advises Beyaz Filo and oversees the IPO process. Beyaz Filo, which started its operations with just two cars in 1993, has now developed a giant rental fleet of 7,000 vehicles.
