Twitter founder tweets for Turkish users after ban

ISTANBUL
The co-founder and co-creator of Twitter, Jack Dorsey, has shared a tweet advising Turkish users to use mobile phone operators after Turkey blocked access to the microblogging site on March 20.

Dorsey re-tweeted a post by the official account of Twitter’s global public policy team (@policy), saying that Turkish users can send Tweets using text messages.

“Avea and Vodafone text START to 2444. Turkcell text START to 2555,” the tweet said.
