Prime Minister Binali Yıldırım will appear on an exclusive program on private broadcaster CNN Türk on Aug. 2, in a joint broadcast with Kanal D, TV2, Euro D, CNN Türk Radio and Radio D.

During the broadcaster’s “Gündem Özel” program, which will be presented by Doğan TV Ankara Representative Hande Fırat at 9 p.m., Yıldırım is expected to comment on a number of hot debates in the aftermath of the July 15 failed coup attempt, including the normalization process, the fight against Fethullahist Terror Organization (FETÖ) and how new regulations within the military will be implemented.

The advertising revenues of the program will be donated to the “July 15 Solidarity Campaign” initiated by the Prime Ministry’s Office to support the families of victims and veterans of the coup attempt.

The viewing audience will also be able to donate 5 Turkish Liras to the campaign by sending a text message.

In addition, the program will also be broadcasted online on the CNN Türk website, www.cnnturk.com, and the Kanal D website, www.kanald.com.tr, as well as CNN Türk’s social media accounts.
