Turkish company offers 'Facebook insurance'

A Turkish insurance company is offering a new insurance package purporting to protect the Facebook history of customers.

The package cannot prevent the stealing of account information, but it does archive all posts, photos and videos sent over Facebook by the customer, starting from the first day of their subscription.

A spokesperson for the insurance company said the package was aimed at protecting Facebook memories, citing the 32 million Facebook users in Turkey.
