Turkey's leading business group pays visit to President Erdoğan

ANKARA

The executive board members of the Turkish Business and Industry Association (TÜSİAD), one of Turkey’s leading business groups, paid a visit to President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan on Oct. 26.

TÜSİAD board chair Erol Bilecik and deputy chairs Ali Y. Koç and Murat Özyeğin were received by Erdoğan at the presidential complex in Ankara.

“Within the framework of the visit, recent economic and international developments were assessed,” TÜSİAD said in a statement.

In the one-and-a-half hour meeting, the board members conveyed to Erdoğan the association’s views on U.S.-Turkey relations, EU- Turkey relations, democratic and structural reforms, finance, digital transformation, the “4th Industrial Revolution,” entrepreneurship and education.
