Trabzonspor has advanced to the Europa League third qualifying round after comfortably defeating Derry City 3-0 in Londonderry, Northern Ireland with a brace from Paolo Henrique.

The Turkish side had also won the first game on the Black Sea shores 4-2. Their rival in the next round of qualifiers will be the Belarussians of Dinamo Minsk, who knocked out Lokomotiva Zagreb from Croatia with a 3-2 away win.

Although deprived of its newly signed international stars Florent Malouda and Jose Bosingwa, Trabzonspor dominated their rivals during the whole game.

Henrique took advantage of a huge defensive mistake in the 56th minute to open the score. Solid on defense, Trabzonspor found a second goal thanks to Henrique in the 81th on an assist by Volkan Şen.

Young recruit Abdülkadir closed the curtain in the 90th minute.

The first-leg third qualifying round will take place next week.
