Puppies found in Italy avalanche hotel

PENNE, Italy

Rescuers recovered three puppies from under the rubble of Italy’s avalanche-hit hotel late on Jan. 23, while the death toll in the avalanche disaster rose to 14 on Jan. 24, as rescuers extracted the bodies of two women from a devastated hotel and continued their search for 15 people still missing, local authorities said.
