Germany has detained a suspected member of the outlawed Revolutionary People’s Liberation Party/Front (DHKP/C) in Hamburg, officials said on Dec. 3.

The Federal Prosecutor’s Office said Musa Aşoğlu, 55, holds Dutch citizenship and is a key figure in the European wing of the DKHP-C.

Aşoğlu has a price of 4 million Turkish Liras (more than $1 million) on his head and is in “category red” on the Turkish Interior Ministry’s list of wanted terrorists.

Last year the Interior Ministry updated the list, which includes 676 names.

The list is divided into five color-coded categories, red designating the most wanted, followed by blue, green, orange and grey.
