Erdoğan, Putin discuss Syria, Libya

Turkish and Russian presidents discussed Libya and Syria over the phone on Dec. 17, according to an official statement.
Turkey's Directorate of Communications said the phone call between President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan and his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin tackled regional issues, especially the developments in Syria and Libya, as well as bilateral relations.
